Lindbergh Bay Hotel Altona, Altona

My stay was quite disappointing overall. The customer service was lacking, and I felt like a burden during my time there. Although one staff member, Jamilla at the bar, was a delight, the rest of the staff was rude or indifferent. The location was decent with some pluses, but the room conditions and dining options left much to be desired.

This hotel has potential, but it needs significant renovations and improvements. The rooms are notably outdated and cleanliness is a major concern. The restaurant's limited offerings are a letdown, and the service can be frustrating at times. However, the stunning views of the bay and the kindness of the staff are definite highlights.
